Distillery District
The Historic Distillery District has no shortage of beautiful backdrops for engagement photos. From brick buildings to stunning galleries, this location has a lot to offer. The great thing about this spot is that you can go for a more dressy, formal engagement look, or dress it down for a casual-style shoot.
High Park
High Park is Toronto’s largest park, and it’s mostly known for its annual cherry blossoms, but it’s beautiful all year round! If you want to be surrounded by nature for your engagement photos, this is the perfect spot. It can get busy during Spring and Summer, but if you go at the right time you’ll have lots of beautiful spots to shoot around!
Evergreen Bricks Work
Evergreen Brick Works hints at Toronto’s industrial past, with amazing brick buildings that have now been transformed into a cool place to hang. It’s also located in the Don River Valley, meaning it’s surrounded by nature. It’s the perfect industrial-meets-nature spot!
Kensington Market
If you and your significant other are a little edgier and alternative, swing down to Kensington market! Home of cool art installations and adorable little restaurants, there is a lot to see and do there. It’s one of our photographers’ favorite spots for engagement photography, especially for fun-loving couples.
Toronto Island
Toronto Island isn’t always easy to get to, but it’s so worth it once you do. Full of lush nature and sandy beaches, Toronto Island’s biggest perk is that it boasts a beautiful view of the Toronto skyline. If you want to capture the iconic Toronto scenery, this is the spot to take your engagement photos at!
Scarborough Bluffs
Located a little outside of downtown Toronto, the Scarborough Bluffs are a stunning option! Beautiful white cliffs and sandy beaches provide a gorgeous backdrop, perfect for romantic engagement photos.
